MY BEAUTY RITUALS AND ROUTINES
I wash my face morning and night. After washing, I use a gentle toner, to ensure a clean skin before applying the Blue Beauty Drops. I let Blue Beauty Drops penetrate the skin before applying a moisturising cream and finishing with eye cream and lip balm. Before applying lip balm, I apply excess eye cream on the lips. I can immediately notice if I do not stick to my cleaning routine.
WHAT DO YOU DO TO STAY HEALTHY?
I make sure to get a good night's sleep. Without proper sleep, I quickly notice that my body is not thriving and my skin is starting to look dull. In addition, I make sure to drink a lot of water and eat supplements in the form of vitamin pills and fish oil. My meals mostly consist of vegetables and I can also feel it has a positive effect on my diet. I used to exercise a lot, but it has now been replaced with long walks with my dog and some good training exercises at home - during all the lockdowns I have found that fresh air is what cleanses the mind the most, and a clear mind ensures in my optics health.

Blue Beauty Drops is definitely my favourite product. The facial oil has a delicious consistency and a good soothing effect on my skin - especially after shaving.
